Estimates Only - Not a Mortgage Offer or Tax Advice

SDLT figures use the residential rates for England and Northern Ireland that apply to purchases in 2026, including first-time buyer relief and the 5% higher rates for additional dwellings. They do not cover mixed-use or non-residential property, multiple dwellings relief, Scotland or Wales. Mortgage figures assume a constant rate for each period and monthly payments. Your lender, broker or solicitor will confirm the real numbers. Check GOV.UK before you commit.
